Basic Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. shortening (that needs no refrigeration)
    1 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Into a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well.
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients with pastry blender or two knives until it looks like coarse corn meal.
    Store in tightly covered container.
    Will keep on pantry shelf.
