Twist Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. twist noodles
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped green onion
    4 medium carrots, cut into thin round slices
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain well.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Set aside.
    Mix noodles second time.
    Pour other ingredients over tuna or noodles.
    Mix well.
    Serve cold.
    Serves 6 or more.
