Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar
    1 large onion
    3 small peppers
    1 small creamed corn
    1 small whole kernel corn
    2 lb. ground beef, cooked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and put to side. Hand mix first 7 ingredients together, then add next 5.
    Mix well Crisco and cornmeal.
    On bottom of large iron skillet,
    put 1/2 of the mixture, then add hamburger on top of that.
    Then add the other 1/2 of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
