Lucy Owen'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. chopped, raw, cooking apples
Preparation
    Put in\tmixer,\toil,
    sugar,
    eggs and flavoring.
    Beat until creamy.
    Sift
    dry\tingredients
    together.\tAdd
    to
    oil mixture, a little at a time.
    Fold in chopped apples and nuts. Put into greased
    and floured Bundt pan.
    Cook about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
