Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
    2 c. shredded cheese
    2 lb. hot sausage, browned
    2 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mushroom soup
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish (greased) layer (first) croutons, (second) cheese, and browned sausage.
    In mixing bowl, mix milk, mushroom soup and mustard.
    Add beaten eggs and mix well.
    Pour mixture over ingredients in the dish.
    (You may put in refrigerator and bake later).
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
