Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. white sugar
1 can evaporated milk and water to measure 2 c.
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Pour all ingredients in blender.
Blend on medium speed.
Bake in a 10-inch greased pie dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
