Red Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3-5 Small Red Potatoes, cut in half
1\\2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Oregano
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Butter
Preparation

Par boil potatoes, Drain. Place potatoes in glass dish.
Mix all other ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Add 1 tbsp. butter with olive oil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-45 min.
