Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake potatoes about 1 hour.
    Cut potatoes in half and scoop out potatoes.
    Mix with butter and beat until fluffy.
    Fold in cheese, sour cream and chives.
    Put back into potato skins.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
