Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up turkey (no skin or gristle)
    6 c. liquid (broth from turkey or canned chicken broth) *
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. carrot, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    *Turkey bones may be cooked for broth, or you may use the instant chicken broth mix.
