No Cook Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cocoa
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese.
    Pour over cocoa and sugar.
    Stir until blended.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Press into large sheet pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Cut as desired.
