Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 large can tomato pure
    1 can tomato paste
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    flour
    oil
    garlic powder to taste
    MSG to taste
    Tony Chachere seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil. Add flour until brown. Add onion and garlic. Saut for a few minutes. Slowly add tomato paste. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Season to taste. Serve with grits and bacon for breakfast or for lunch. Serve with rice or spaghetti.
