Cheddar Corn Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. diced bell pepper
1 1/2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. thawed frozen whole kernel corn
1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. self-rising flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, separated
2 egg whites
Preparation

In small nonstick skillet, heat oil.
Add green onions and pepper and cook over medium-high heat.
Cook about 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
