Carol Snow'S Open-Faced Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Colby cheese, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can black olives, chopped
    1 to 2 bunches green onions, chopped (I use a heaping Tbsp. dehydrated onions if I have no green onions)
    mayonnaise
    catsup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with equal amount of mayonnaise and catsup, just enough to hold the cheese together.
    Spread on whole wheat hamburger bun halves.
    Place the buns on a cookie rack on a cookie sheet (this makes the bun bottoms crisp).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
