Estonian Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks (1 1/2 c.) sweet butter or margarine
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins, washed, drained well and sprinkled with flour until coated
Preparation
    Put softened butter into a large bowl and mix with mixer.
    Add sugar and mix again until well creamed.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well each time.
    Mix flour, salt and soda together and mix into butter mixture with sour cream.
    Add vanilla extract and nuts.
    Mix again with mixer.
    Add raisins to the mixture, stirring slowly with a large spoon until evenly mixed.
    Pour the mixture into a buttered tube or Bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours in preheated oven (350\u00b0).
    Cake is done when toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Let cake cool for one hour in pan.
    Turn onto a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
