Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix hamburger with 1/4 cup soup.
    Add onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into six patties. Put in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and spoon off excess grease.
    Now, combine remaining soup with water and pour over steaks.
    Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
