Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large peaches
    whipped cream (Cool Whip)
    1 to 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. peach gelatin (Jell-O)
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar + 1/4 c. sugar
    1 baked pie crust (9-inch)
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, gelatin, 1 cup sugar and water in a saucepan.
    Bring to rolling boil.
    Cool.
    Cut up peaches; add a few drops of lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Mix with gelatin. Pour into baked pie crust.
    Cover with whipped cream.
