Pork Tenderloin Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced in medallions
    1/4 c. capers, drained
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Pound pork medallions flat.
    Saute capers and garlic in small amount of olive oil. Add pork.
    Saute until pink is gone. Remove meat, swish a little wine and reduce.
    Pour sauce over meat and serve.
