California Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
onion to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 bag frozen corn
1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
mashed potatoes for 6
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown ground meat with onion; drain. Place meat and onion mixture in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole. Season to taste.
Add corn as next layer.
Pour evaporated milk over corn.
Top with the mashed potatoes, being sure to seal the edges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
