Special Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour (self-rising)
    1 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add flour, meal and sugar.
    Beat to remove lumps. Add oil, buttermilk and eggs last.
    Pour into a greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    (I use muffin pans.)
