Poppy Seed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mandarin orange sections (water packed)
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (juice packed)
    1 1/2 c. small strawberries or seedless red grapes
    1 medium apple (green or yellow work best)
    1/2 c. pineapple low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. poppy seed
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Drain mandarin oranges. Drain pineapple (but reserve 1 tablespoon pineapple juice).
    If using strawberries, cut them in half. Core apple and cut into bite size pieces.
