Sour Cream Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
    1 to 2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slighlty brown the flour in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Watch carefully, stirring constantly, then stir in butter.
    When mixture is thick and bubbly, slowly stir in milk.
    Reduce heat to low, stirring constantly.
    When mixture is heated through and is beginning to thicken, add sour cream and season to taste.
    Heat through, but do not allow to boil.
    Serve with Verinikas.
