* Corn Cheese Custard * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk or half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 or 6 saltine crackers, crumbled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain corn, putting liquid with eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until well mixed.
    Add crackers and cheese.
    Pour into a buttered baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
