Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    6 to 8 large peeled and sliced apples
Preparation
    Combine oats, flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Mix together with wooden spoon until crumbly. Place apple slices in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    (Pour a little maple syrup over apples for extra taste.)
    Top with oat mixture.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
