Artichoke And Parmesan Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, well drained
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. yogurt
1 clove garlic, mashed to a paste with salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
few dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Simply puree all ingredients until smooth.
Serve with toasted pita, Melba, carrots, etc.
