Peanut Butter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon peel
    bread (white)
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Blend first 5 ingredients; pour over toasted bread cubes and raisins.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Cook in the morning at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Put pats of butter on top before baking.
