Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans peeled Italian tomatoes
    2 cans tomato paste
    2 green peppers
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. hot Italian sausage
    2 cloves garlic
    1 onion, cut up
Preparation
    Saute cut up sausage in oil.
    After 5 minutes, add green peppers (sliced), onion and garlic.
    Cook about 5 minutes longer, until the onion is transparent.
    Put tomatoes through food mill, then add the sauteed ingredients to the tomatoes.
    Add salt; simmer slowly, stirring from bottom about every 1/2 hour.
    Meat balls are browned quickly, then put in the sauce 1/2 hour before end of cooking period.
    The sauce should simmer 2 1/2 hours.
