Ingredients

2 Tbsp gelatin
1/2 c cold water
5 c milk
2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
3 c cream
Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water. Heat milk (DO NOT BOIL). Stir in gelatin. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Put in freezer and cool for 30 minutes. Add cream and freeze. If desired add about 1 1/2 cups fruit.
