Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. dry instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
Preparation

Mix and shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Flatten each to about 1/4-inch thick with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake until edges are light brown at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
