Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 c. butter, softened
12 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature), cut in small pieces
1/2 c. sour cream
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender.
Drain and beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in butter and cream cheese.
Beat in sour cream and seasonings.
Scrape into heavily buttered casserole.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Bring to room temperature and bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
