Drop Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream sugar, powdered sugar and margarine together until softened.
    Add eggs, one at a time; blend well.
    Add rest of ingredients, one at a time, until a soft dough is formed.
    Let chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
    Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle each cookie with sugar.
    Bake about 8 minutes.
