Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cabbage
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cut and cook cabbage in water until tender.
    Drain.
    Make white sauce using butter, flour and milk.
    When white sauce is thickened, layer cabbage with white sauce alternately in greased baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
