"The Best" Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. candied cherries, cut up
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 5-inch bread loaf pan.
    In a large bowl, stir together oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
    Sift together the flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add dry ingredients to first mixture and beat until smooth.
    Fold in cherries and nuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
