Low-Fat Fruited Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole bran cereal
1 plain yogurt
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. light corn oil spread, melted
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. cranberries or chopped apple
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Combine bran, yogurt, milk, spread and egg product.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in bran mixture just until blended. Stir in cranberries and raisins.
Spoon batter into 9 greased 3-inch muffin pan cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until done. Serve warm.
