Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, sliced
    1 pkg. frozen snow peas
    sliced onions
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained
    oil (for browning)
Preparation
    Put chicken breasts, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and ginger in small bowl.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Heat a small amount of oil in bottom of wok.
    Brown chicken for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add peas, water chestnuts, onions and mushrooms.
    Serve over cooked rice.
