Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
2/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. peppers, chopped
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. soda
1 c. meal
Preparation

Place oil in 7 x 11-inch baking dish in preheated oven at 350\u00b0. Saute meat, onion and celery; add seasoning, corn and peppers.
(I use canned slices as those used on nachos.)
Set aside.
Mix meal, eggs and milk (this mixture should be thin).
Combine entire recipe and pour into heated oiled dish.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
