Frozen Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cucumbers (about 6 to 8 medium), peeled and sliced
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    2 Tbsp. table salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and slice cucumbers.
    Place cucumbers and onions in glass or plastic bowl.
    Sprinkle with salt and let sit for two hours. Rinse with cold water.
    In a bowl, combine sugar and vinegar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over cucumbers and onions. Place in freezer containers and store in freezer for year-round use.
