Swedish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs; add dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
