Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple *
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. grated Cheddar (sharp or mild) cheese
    Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    *Save out 6 tablespoons juice.
    Use rest of juice.
