Italian Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up or 3 to 4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    2 c. Italian Progresso bread crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Wash fryer; dip in oil and roll in bread crumbs to which the other ingredients have been added.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until browned.
    If using boneless, skinless chicken breasts, bake for 45 minutes.
