Easy To Do Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 (13 oz.) pkg. blueberry muffin mix (or your favorite)
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    oil for frying
    powdered sugar or sugar-cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Place dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
    If you use muffin mixes that have canned fruit, drain the fruit before you add it to the eggs.
    Add eggs to the dry mixture.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thick; cut out donuts and fry about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until brown; drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
