Noel Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mixed fruit
1 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. powdered sugar
pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add powdered sugar and melted oleo. Add dry ingredients.
Add fruit and nuts (chopped).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Spread with butter and powdered sugar frosting.
Cut in 1 x 2-inch bars.
