16 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. salsa (medium-hot)
1/2 medium head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
8 to 10 oz. shredded Colby cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
Preparation

In a pizza pan spread softened cream cheese to make a \"crust\". Spread salsa evenly over cream cheese for \"sauce\".
Layer shredded lettuce and then shredded cheese.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion for color.
Serve with corn chips.
