Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. molasses
    3/4 c. melted shortening
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of cloves
    dash of nutmeg
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Beat eggs and brown sugar together.
    Add molasses and shortening and mix this in well.
    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
