Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 (Boil-a-bag) bag rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 box mild Mexican Velveeta
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Put rice on to boil for 10 minutes, then add soup and broccoli to onion.
    Cook low until broccoli is tender.
    Add Velveeta; mix until it is melted.
    Add rice mix and then pour into a baking dish.
    Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes, then serve.
