Two Bean And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cold cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1 c. sliced celery
1 medium red onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
2 (4 oz.) cans diced chili peppers, drained
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 recipe Garlic Dressing
Preparation

Mix in a 2 1/2-quart container the first 8 ingredients.
Add dressing and toss gently.
Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
