Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk, scalded
    8 c. plain flour, sifted
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. tepid water
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Place sugar, Crisco, and salt in a large bowl.\tPour scalded milk over this and let cool.
    Then add 4 c. flour and mix well. Dissolve yeast in tepid water and add to flour mixture.
    Add remaining flour.
    Cover with greased waxed paper. Let rise until doubled (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
    Pour dough onto floured board.
    Roll out.
    Cut.\tDip in melted butter.
    Place in pans to rise, about 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes approximately 30 rolls depending on size.
