Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. flour, sifted
1 c. almonds, sliced lengthwise
1/2 c. red glazed cherries
1/2 c. green glazed cherries
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla, salt and flour.
Fold in nuts and cherries.
Form into rolls and put in freezer overnight. Slice rolls thin with sharp knife.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
