Barbie And Bill'S Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. salt
6 tsp. cream of tartar
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 c. water
food coloring

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a large cooking pan.
Stir over medium, then low heat until thick.
Knead on table until smooth.
Store in airtight container.
