Cubed Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 c. cubed cooked beef
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. condensed tomato soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion and beef in oil until onions are soft.
    Stir in soup, sugar and mushrooms.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    Stir in sour cream just until steaming hot.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over hot buttered cooked noodles. Serves 6.
