Figato(Baby Beef Liver) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. calves liver
1 large onion
flour
sage leaves
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut liver into strips and set aside.
Chop onion into medium pieces or you can slice.
Saute onion in a frypan with oil and butter.
Dip liver strips into flour; add to onion mixture in frypan.
Should cook within 3 to 4 minutes.
When liver is cooked, top with sage leaves and serve.
